All returns or exchanges must be shipped to us with a return authorization number clearly labeled on your packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization number. For warranty issues, please contact the original manufacturer to facilitate any repair or replacement if needed. Special order, customized, engraved, clearance, and other products altered at the customers request are not returnable. Exchange policy: Eligible product exchanges can be made for products valued equal to or greater than your original cost (excluding original shipping charges). Products must be received by copgear.com / Washington Police Supply within 15 days of original delivery of the product to you.
